With nearly 30 years of deep experience, clients seek out Will Prochot to litigate cases brought under the Black Lung Benefits Act before the Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges, Benefits Review Board and various federal circuit courts. He has broad experience litigating complex medical, insurance and administrative law issues both at trial and on appeal. He has represented numerous mining and insurance companies at hundreds of trials and hearings. He also has robust experience challenging the validity of agency regulations under the Administrative Procedure Act.
