Jonathan Presvelis is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. He is a registered patent attorney. Jonathan focuses his practice on patent litigation, and has experience drafting federal district court patent briefs and claim construction briefs. Jonathan also has experience drafting patent applications, and office action responses and amendments. In addition, Jonathan advises with respect to patentability and provides freedom to operate analyses and opinions. While in law school, Jonathan externed with the Honorable Raymond Dearie in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
