Rebecca Porter focuses her practice on litigation, collaborating with clients across the country and at a regional level to develop and implement litigation plans tailored to their business needs.
Rebecca serves clients in the health care, life sciences, and general business sectors, advocating for them in both federal and state court litigations and arbitration proceedings. Her practice areas include handling cases related to antitrust issues, contract disputes, and business torts. Beyond litigation, she offers her clients strategic counsel on issues connected to artificial intelligence (AI) and the Internet of Things (IoT). Her practice encompasses a range of topics, from data-centric government programs and AI technologies to smart city initiatives, algorithmic challenges, transparency in government data, and the economics of data utilization.
