Camille Papini-Chapla focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation across the country, at the trial and appellate levels. She has experience in complex commercial, antitrust, medical and pharmaceutical product liability, class actions, and high-stakes medical malpractice cases across the United States in state and federal courts.
Camille has managed large eDiscovery teams in antitrust and product liability matters and has extensive deposition and courtroom experience, which includes drafting numerous dispositive motions, pleadings, expert reports, and appellate briefs, including two pro bono amici curiae to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Experience
- On team that won arbitration on behalf of real estate partnership involving extensive legal briefing on novel issue of law and a one-day evidentiary hearing.°
- On team that won a motion to dismiss for appliance manufacturer in a product liability class action.°
- Won a motion to dismiss in federal court for a pharmaceutical manufacturer in a product liability claim.°
- Oversaw and completed complex e-discovery data collection and review for a multi-billion dollar foodservice/grocery distributor in protein antitrust litigation in under four months in order to meet a court deadline.°
- Dismantled opposing causation experts at Daubert hearing, forcing the opposing party to voluntarily dismiss an 8-figure medical malpractice immediately afterwards prior to court ruling.°
- Investigated post-divestiture compliance for large telecommunications company to support Department of Justice Inquiry into alleged breaches of an antitrust consent order, and supported negotiations of re-negotiation of an Amended Consent Order.°
