Charlotte is a New York and English-qualified Senior Associate in the London Capital Markets team. She has experience across international equity and debt capital markets and M&A transactions, and advises issuers, underwriters and selling shareholders in securities transactions, including public and private offerings of equity, tender offers, exchange offers, secondary equity offerings, structured equity offerings, convertibles, warrants, block trades, high yield offerings, Rule 144A debt offerings, covered bonds, exchange offers and consent solicitations.

Her experience also includes representing public and pre-IPO private companies, investors and entrepreneurs on London Stock Exchange plc, Nasdaq and NYSE capital market transactions.
