Profile
Christopher O’Brien focuses his practice on government contracts litigation, planning, and counselling. Chris advises contractors on a variety of matters involving government procurements and federal programs, including contract negotiation, bid protests, claims and disputes, ethics and compliance, foreign military sales, small business initiatives, investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. He works with clients operating in an array of industries, including defense, technology, aerospace, management consulting, health care, and logistics.
Chris regularly represents clients before the Government Accountability Office (GAO), Small Business Administration (SBA), the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, Boards of Contract Appeals, and various federal courts. He also counsels clients on prime-subcontractor matters, developing and implementing conflict of interest mitigation plans, FOCI mitigation, and forming joint ventures.
