Profile
Agustin Mora Bowen is a member of the Corporate Practice Group at Greenberg Traurig’s Houston office. With a decade of experience working on projects in Latin America, particularly in the energy, mining, and infrastructure sectors, Agustin concentrates his practice on corporate projects and transactions.
His experience also extends to commodity trading, particularly for energy products like crude oil, refined products, natural gas, LNG, and NGLs. This stems from his time as in-house counsel with a leading Asian energy company's marketing and trading arm doing business in the Americas.
Agustin's dual background in both common law and civil law, with admissions to practice law in Texas and Ecuador, allows him to navigate complex cross-border and international trade transactions effectively. By bridging the legal and cultural differences between jurisdictions, Agustin provides valuable insight to clients operating across these markets.
