  • Represented a group of southeastern U.S.-based utility companies in connection with various credit facilities in an aggregate amount in excess of $6 billion.°
  • Represented a private restaurant group in connection with the issuance of senior notes in excess of $1.7 billion.°
  • Represented a private restaurant group in connection with a $1 billion investment grade revolving credit facility.°
  • Represented a seller of multifamily mortgages to an institutional lender in connection with a repurchase transaction in excess of $200 million.°
  • Represented a large institutional investor in connection with the workout of a distressed $200 million commercial real estate loan.°
  • Represented the agent in connection with $45 million syndicated recurring revenue acquisition credit facility. °
  • Represented an investor group in connection with the issuance of notes in excess of $250 million by an Illinois-based business.°
  • Represented a borrower in a $675 million syndicated loan for a New Jersey utility company.°
  • Represented a borrower in a $500 million syndicated loan for a Montreal-based paper and pulp manufacturer.°
  • Represented a private fund in a $152 million multiple advance term loan to be used for the purchase of specialized energy storage batteries.°
  • Represented a sponsor-backed borrower in connection with an acquisition term loan facility in excess of $80 million.°
  • Represented a private fund in connection with the workout of a distressed capital lease facility in excess of $44 million. °
  • Represented a Toronto, Canada-based entertainment and media company in connection with two acquisition term loan facilities in excess of $120 million.°
  • Represented an institutional lender in a $30 million project finance transaction to a solar energy provider.°
