Sarah E. Michigan is a member of Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Real Estate, Corporate, and Structured Finance practices. In her Real Estate practice, Sarah’s experience includes acquisitions and dispositions, as well as negotiating and drafting commercial leases, subleases, amendments, and licenses for landlords and tenants in office, showroom, industrial, and retail spaces. Sarah represents a broad spectrum of industries, including finance, technology, and staffing, in corporate finance, governance, and compliance matters, and serves as assistant outside general counsel for many businesses located throughout the country in her Corporate practice. Her Structured Finance practice focuses on warehouse transactions, secured debt facilities and asset-backed and mortgaged-backed securitizations.
