Allison is a member of the Restructuring & Bankruptcy Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office and focuses her practice on bankruptcy, creditors' rights, and commercial litigation. She represents secured lenders, indenture trustees, creditor committees, estate fiduciaries, and other parties in commercial bankruptcies and out of court restructurings. Allison also has experience in a wide range of litigation, including complex fraudulent transfers, corporate director and officer fiduciary duty claims, and public finance matters.
