Todd A. Mazur is a Shareholder in the Private Equity group in the firm’s Chicago office. He focuses his practice on representing private equity sponsors and other private fund sponsors in a wide variety of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, divestitures, growth investments, and debt and equity restructurings and workouts.
