Julia Martin

Julia Martin is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Atlanta office. She concentrates her practice on matters involving business litigation, contract disputes, business torts, products liability, maritime law, and litigation involving various government agencies.

Ms. Martin has experience at all stages of litigation in federal and state courts. She routinely defends companies in high-stakes litigation, from drafting complaints through dispositive motions, discovery, mediation, trial, and post-trial proceedings. She brings a broad range of industry experience to her practice, having represented clients in hospitality, manufacturing, health care, consulting, insurance, shipping, retail, tech, and transportation.

Ms. Martin handles a broad range of matters, taking the time to gain a deep understanding of each client’s specific objectives and priorities, and crafting creative and cost-effective strategies best suited for each particular case. She has a strategic, problem-solving mentality and is known for her ability to adapt to the circumstances presented.

Prior to law school, Ms. Martin served in the Administration of Governor Nathan Deal, overseeing executive appointments and local government affairs.
