Josh Ludmir is a Shareholder in the Entertainment & Media Practice in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on representing talent and media companies in a wide array of transactions in the digital, TV, music, advertising, and motion picture industries. He structures, drafts, negotiates, and advises on a variety of deals involving all aspects of content development, production and distribution; branding, marketing and promotions; data/privacy, and other related matters across various media and platforms.
Josh’s experience includes seven years in-house at Participant Media, where he oversaw business and legal affairs for the company’s digital, marketing, and social impact divisions, and for its short-form digital content company, SoulPancake.
