- Representation of SL Green Realty Corp. in connection with the $1B+ recapitalization of 5 Times Square and conversion of mezzanine debt to equity.
- Representation of senior mortgage lender in $1B+ financing of trophy office building in Boston.
- Representation of The Moinian Group in negotiation of a joint venture with Boston Properties for the development of a 1.85 million square foot office building in the Hudson Yards sub-market of New York City.
- Representation of Square Mile Capital Management in the $70 million preferred equity investment for the development of a tri branded hotel in the Time Square area.
- Representation of Square Mile Capital Management in a deed in lieu of foreclosure for Hyatt Denver Tech Center and joint venture with hotel operators.

- Representation of Comunidad Partners in the acquisition of approximately $47M and Freddie Mac financing of multi-family property in Roswell, GA.
- Representation of the asset management unit of Seoul, Korea-based Mirae Asset Financial Group in its acquisition of a 15-hotel portfolio in the United States from Anbang Insurance Group Co. for $5.8 billion, marking the single-highest price tag for an overseas alternative investment by a Korean company.
- Representation of Maximus Real Estate Partners in the transformation of Parkmerced, a multi-family community in San Francisco with more than 5,700 stable housing units and another 6,000 units under development.
- Representation of RFR Holdings in connection with the acquisition of 475 5th Avenue through acquisition of REIT shares and related joint venture.
- Representation of RFR Holdings in connection with acquisition and joint venture for the acquisition of 477 Madison Avenue.
