Diana Liu focuses on corporate transactional work, including public and private securities offerings, M&A, private equity investments and venture capital investments. She also advises clients on SEC compliance and corporate governance matters on a regular basis. Diana has experiences in advising clients in domestic and cross-border transactions in a number of industries, including gaming, pharmaceutical, technology, construction and real estate, and consumer products. Her past representations included financial institutions, private equity funds, technology companies and private and public companies across a variety of industry sectors.

Prior to joining Greenberg, she was an associate at a major law firm in New York.  She was a corporate paralegal at a major law firm headquartered in San Francisco and a magic circle law firm in Hong Kong prior to attending New York University School of Law. Diana is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and speaks conversational Cantonese.
