- Defended medical technology company in federal court against competitor asserting breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and tortious interference claims arising out of alleged wrongful development and sale of competing software.
- Defended medical device manufacturer in cases remanded from multidistrict litigation involving strict product liability, negligence, breach of warranty, fraud, and consumer protection claims.
- Represented member of limited liability company in derivative action against company executives for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and conversion arising out of misappropriation of company funds.
- Represented natural gas supplier in contract dispute with foreign distributor concerning violations of U.S. trade sanctions.
- Defended national bank in New York federal actions involving contract disputes and alleged violations of consumer financial protection laws.
- Represented participant in real estate development joint venture in action for accounting, dissolution, breach of fiduciary duty, and constructive trust against co-venturer.
- Represented client asserting federal human trafficking and state wage and hour claims against her former employers.
- Represented client in removal proceedings in immigration court.
