Martin Lee represents public and private institutions, national lenders and real estate investment funds in virtually all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, developments, joint venture formations, and leasing. He serves as counsel to commercial lenders with respect to real estate loans, including construction loans, mezzanine loans, senior loans, and restructuring of debt.
