Jay Lee's practice focuses on project and acquisition financings and other debt and equity financing transactions involving infrastructure and energy projects. Jay works with a range of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and government entities, to secure the necessary funding for large-scale infrastructure and energy initiatives.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Jay worked for another international law firm in the United States.
