Victoria (“Tori”) Langton focuses her practice on defending manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products in products liability litigation. She also has experience with general commercial litigation matters, including false advertising and other intellectual property litigation. She represents companies in state and federal courts, including single-plaintiff and mass tort actions and serving as national coordinating counsel for products liability matters. Tori has experience with all phases of litigation, including bench and jury trials and final arbitration hearings, and routinely counsels clients on a variety of legal issues.

  • Serves as national coordinating counsel for e-scooter rental company and represents company in state and federal court cases and arbitrations around the country.
  • Representation of medical device manufacturer in multiple product liability matters involving its spinal cord stimulators and pain pumps.
  • Represented medical device manufacturer and marketer in the final waves of multidistrict product liability litigation against its pelvic mesh products, including workup of anticipated bellwether cases.
  • Representation of major pharmaceutical company in both multidistrict and single-plaintiff product liability litigation involving its generic medications.
  • Representation of insurance company division of Fortune 500 company in product liability claims against multiple medical device manufacturers.
  • Representation of pharmaceutical company in multidistrict and consolidated state court proceedings involving its testosterone replacement therapy drug.
  • Representation of pharmaceutical company in multidistrict litigation involving hormone replacement therapy medications, including workup of numerous cases remanded from the MDL and as a member of trial teams.°
