Marcia H. Langley handles a broad range of real estate matters. She joined the firm after serving as vice president/general counsel at Atlantic Gulf Communities Corporation and general counsel and secretary to the Board of Directors at Gulfstream Housing Corporation, a real estate development company.
Marcia focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition of large residential, office, industrial and retail properties, as well as commercial leasing and assistance in the acquisition and development of retail franchise operations. She represents real estate developers, investors and franchise owners/operators in acquisitions and sales transactions.

- Represented Wellington Equestrian Partners in acquisition of equestrian, golf course and residential properties in Wellington, Florida
- Represented developer Penn-Florida Companies in over $500 million in financing for the Via Mizner project and development of a Mandarin Oriental Hotel in downtown Boca Raton, Florida.
- Represented national real estate development company in a $100 million working capital and term loan senior secured credit facility.
- Represented purchase in simultaneous acquisition of multiple multi-family properties of over 1200 units, fully developed and some units still under construction.
- Represented seller in sale of Stonybrook Apartments (approximately 400 units) in Boynton Beach, FL.
- Represented owner/investors in acquisition and disposition of 1,600-unit, multifamily portfolio in Hillsborough County, FL.
- Represented purchaser in acquisition of more than 300,000 square feet of office space in multi-state transaction with simultaneous closing on bank financings (Florida and North Carolina).
- Represented buyers and sellers in acquisition and sale of multiple office and shopping center properties throughout the state of Florida.
- Represented developers and home-builders in acquisition of large subdivision projects, development and sale of lots and homes.
- Represented developers in creation and implementation of property owners’ associations.
- Handled multiple HUD financing transactions for multi-state nursing home owner/operator.
