Joseph K. Kunnirickal is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Joseph focuses his practice on all aspects of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, private equity investments, and corporate governance.

Joseph has worked on M&A transactions involving public and private companies in a wide range of sectors and, as a member of the firm’s Cloud Computing and Digital Infrastructure Practice, represents clients with businesses in IT, cybersecurity, and technology infrastructure.

  • Part of a team that represented AGCO Corporation (NYSE: AGCO), a worldwide manufacturer and distributer of agricultural machinery and technology, in the acquisition of Appareo, a leader in software and hardware development and manufacturing for the agricultural and aerospace industries.
