Margaret Knudsen is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Denver office.

Margaret focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions across a range of industries and sectors, with a focus on private entities. She assists private entities and strategic buyers, both buy-side and sell-side, in connection with buyouts, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, and other transactional matters.

Margaret assists with entity formation across the United States and routinely advises clients on various aspects of corporate governance. She has also worked on various escheat law issues and advises clients on the nuances of escheat law.
