Brian B. Kelly focuses on employment law, providing counsel to a wide range of companies on all aspects of the employment life cycle, including hiring, termination, leaves of absence, agreements, policies, wage-and-hour, incentive compensation programs, worker classification, restrictive covenants, workforce strategy, discrimination, harassment and retaliation, investigations, mergers and acquisitions (buy- and sell-side), and disputes and litigation. 

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Brian was an associate at a global firm and, more recently, the Global Head of Employment Law at WeWork, where he managed a team of five employment attorneys who were responsible for advising on employment matters across approximately 25 countries. Through these professional experiences, Brian has become well-versed in supporting a variety of executive leadership and HR teams throughout various stages of company maturity. Brian prides himself on providing commercial, scalable advice and understanding each client’s unique relationship to their workforce.
