• Advised Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. on the acquisition of a warehouse park located in Wrocław, with a total lease area of 38,178 sq. m.
• Advised Multi Veste 339 B.V, an entity owned by funds managed by Blackstone, on the sale of the Forum Gdańsk shopping center situated in the Polish Tricity to NEPI Rockcastle. The transaction is valued at EUR 250 million, which makes it one of the largest single asset shopping center investment transactions by value in Europe in 2022.
• Advised Trigea Nemovitostni Fond, Sicav, A.S. on the acquisition of a logistics park located near Tricity, just over 20 km from the airport and 8 km from the Port of Gdynia, with a total lease area of 46,000 sq. m.
• Advised Panattoni on the acquisition of an undeveloped plot situated in Magnice near Wrocław.
• Advised Capital Park S.A. on the acquisition of a property consisting of two plots of land in Gdańsk with a total area of 1.3 hectares and in the joint venture transaction regarding the acquisition.
• Advised GLP on the Polish aspects related to the acquisition of Goodman Group’s Central and Eastern Europe logistics real estate portfolio.
• Advised Indotek on the transaction involving the acquisition of an office portfolio from Immofinanz consisting of four properties located in Warsaw.
• Advised Panattoni Development Europe on a transaction involving the sale of the Łódź City VI logistic park, fully leased to leading tenants by Panattoni, to a partnership between Kajima Properties and Savills Investment Management on behalf of its Asian client. 
• Advised GLP, a leading global investment manager and business builder in logistics, real estate, insurance and related technologies, on the Polish aspects of the acquisition of Goodman Group’s Central and Eastern Europe logistics real estate portfolio.
• Advised Panattoni Development Europe on the transaction related to the planned development of logistics parks in Warsaw, Poznań and Stryków. 
• Advised Globalworth in connection with the acquisition of the Podium Park office complex located in Kraków. 
• Advised Panattoni Development Europe in connection with several transactions including: joint venture transactions, disposals of existing logistics parks, acquisitions of real properties designated for warehouse and logistics purposes, as well as preparing and negotiating lease agreements covering warehouse premises.
• Advised Asbud Group in connection with the acquisition of real property located at Rondo Daszyńskiego in Warsaw, designated for residential and office purposes.°
• Advised Bluehouse Capital in connection with transactions regarding the acquisition of real properties designated for logistics and commercial purposes, the sale of office buildings, as well as preparing and negotiating commercial lease agreements.°
• Advised Ironshore/Pembroke in connection with an analysis of the legal and factual status of commercial properties and transaction documents related to those properties for the purposes of issuing R&W insurance and title insurance.°
