Scott Irwin works with clients to structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial loan transactions. He regularly counsels national and regional banks, private equity funds, hedge funds, insurance companies, and other lenders, as well as companies seeking debt financing from financial institutions.

Scott has deep experience representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with a wide variety of loans, including working capital lines of credit, general commercial loans, acquisition loans, asset-based loans, commercial real estate loans, mezzanine loans, public finance transactions, and preferred equity transactions. He assists his clients with intercreditor issues, loan acquisitions and dispositions, loan workouts, and foreclosures. Scott also oversees the issuance of debt finance opinions for both real and personal property collateral.
