Amy A. Hong is an associate in the Corporate & Securities Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago office. She focuses her practice on corporate finance transactions, representing insurance companies and other institutional investors in U.S. and cross-border private placements of debt securities. Amy has also represented institutional investors in project financings, acquisition financings, and other types of secured and unsecured lending transactions. Outside of the United States, Amy’s recent experience includes transactions in England, Canada, Ireland, Iceland, Belgium, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Poland, and Australia.
