  • First-chaired jury trial in DeKalb County regarding automobile accident where Plaintiff’s vehicle sustained less than $700.00 in property damage, yet Plaintiff incurred over $38,000.00 in medical special damages. Obtained defense verdict by arguing that Plaintiff over-treated at the behest of her attorney and medical providers who were colluding to drive the value of the case up by recommending unnecessary, passive modalities of treatment without appreciable improvement.°
  • First-chaired jury trial in Walton County regarding trucking accident where Plaintiff sustained significant injuries resulting in multiple spinal fusions and over $500,000.00 in medical special damages. Obtained a verdict of $50,000.00 by successfully arguing that Plaintiff’s spinal conditions pre-existed the subject accident (radiologist expert testimony).°
  • First-chaired 43 Magistrate Court Bench Trials in 38 different counties around the state of Georgia (cases including property dispute, contract dispute, automobile litigation, and fraudulent misrepresentation).°

  • Evaluated liability and drafting coverage opinion for PEO whose employee was injured in the workplace.°
  • Defended manufacturer of black silicone caulk that was used by a third-party handyman to affix a plexiglass window to a door that allegedly resulted in Plaintiff inhaling the substance and being diagnosed with “tracheobronchomalacia with geographic air trapping possibly resulting from a small airways disease.”°
