Joshua M. Herman focuses his practice on U.S. and foreign utility and design patent applications. Joshua is experienced in developing and implementing strategies for building global patent portfolios, including prosecuting utility and design patents and maintenance of trade secrets. Joshua’s experience includes counseling in technological areas such as orthopedics and other medical devices, fabrics and laminates, wearable devices, aerospace technology such as drones, athletic equipment, and agricultural technology. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Prior to becoming an attorney, Joshua worked in the aerospace industry in the development of piloted and autonomous rotorcraft.
