Sam Hakim is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Los Angeles office. Sam represents individual and commercial clients in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration and mediation settings. His litigation practice spans a variety of areas, including business and contractual disputes, financial services and banking litigation, real estate, and intellectual property. Sam handles all phases of litigation, from drafting pleadings and conducting discovery to engaging in motion practice, delivering oral arguments, and preparing for and participating in trial.
