Katie Giel is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s Phoenix office. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and commercial leasing of a wide variety of commercial property, including multi-use developments, office buildings, retail spaces, restaurants, and industrial sites. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting agreements to effectuate a broad variety of real estate transactions for diverse clients with wide-ranging needs.
