Alessio Gerhart Ruvolo has deep experience in commercial and corporate law, representing clients in cross-border transactions, financing agreements, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial litigation. He drafts and negotiates commercial contracts and provides counsel on a wide variety of substantive matters, regularly advising foreign and Italian clients on commercial, banking, and corporate matters.
Alessio represents Italian and foreign corporate clients in international and domestic litigation and arbitration proceedings, focusing on commercial litigation, supply sale, and construction contracts, as well as banking matters. He has been involved in several major securitization, financing, and assignment of receivables transactions involving top Italian and foreign banking institutions. His experience includes transactions relating to portfolios of receivables towards major public entities in the health sector, as well as complex credit-unfreezing transactions.
