Jessica focuses her practice on advising on tax and structuring of UK and international transactions primarily in relation to the real estate sector. She has experience of advising on virtually all aspects of tax and structuring of real estate investment and transactions, including the structuring of joint ventures investing in real estate and real estate debt, development, financing, and transactions involving real estate operational business.

Jessica’s clients include UK and overseas asset managers, financial institutions, property managers and developers.

Although Jessica’s primary focus is on the real estate sector, she also advises on broader corporate tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings.

Jessica is also a qualified property solicitor, having spent her first few years after qualification practising as a private property solicitor advising on a mixture of high value residential property transactions, off plan property purchases, and re-financings for both domestic and international clients.

Jessica is a Chartered Tax Adviser.
