Eric Fisher practices in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate transactions law. He represents a wide range of developers and real estate investors and operators in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, and operations of an array of commercial properties, including apartments, condos, hotels, mixed-use buildings, and raw land. Eric focuses on condominium and mixed-use construction financing and is a valuable resource when structuring creative capital stacks including mortgage financing, mezzanine financing, preferred equity, and C-PACE.
