She is experienced in complex national and cross-border employment law issues, including in the context of mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, dismissals and business strategy advice. She advises national and international clients on (corporate) employment law aspects (including litigation), board member terminations, outsourcing/transfer of undertakings (TUPE), works council consultation procedures, corporate governance and compliance.
