Joel is a member of GT’s Trial Practice Group. He concentrates on the defense of directors and officers in connection with fiduciary, fraud, securities class and derivative claims; businesses involved in M&A-related litigation, contract disputes, claims under the Lanham Act, commercial torts, consumer class action and civil RICO actions; and insurers involving all species of business and coverage/bad faith disputes. Joel is actively involved in GT’s Litigation Skills Academy, training and mentoring litigation associates nationwide in the preparation, and trial, of commercial disputes. Joel also volunteers as mock trial team member and judge for local law school competitions.
