  • Represented shopping center owner in the disposition of a $375.8M nine-center portfolio.
  • Represented owner of multi-state residential portfolio (approximately $160M) in joint venture and related property and asset management agreements.
  • Represented lender in connection with the $171M senior financing of various properties located in New York and Massachusetts.
  • Represented borrower in the senior financing of various properties located in New York and Tennessee.
  • Represented hotel and real estate company in connection with the $52.5M purchase of an iconic Georgia hotel.
  • Represented commercial bank in the $60M senior construction financing of a New York City-based hotel.
  • Represented real estate capital management firm in mezzanine financing and other transactions involving multiple participation interests.°
  • Represented real estate investment firm in the $400 million acquisition and mortgage financing of a nine-building campus.°
  • Represented hotel owner in the restructuring of $840 million in debt and other secured claims.°
  • Represented shopping center owner in the acquisition of property and the assumption of $61.6 million mortgage loan.°
  • Represented financial institution in the restructuring of mortgage, construction and mezzanine loans encumbering sites being developed as shopping centers.°
