- Represented American Addiction Centers (AAC Holdings, Inc.) regarding its options for effectuating a financial restructuring, which emerged from chapter 11 with an improved balance sheet, reducing the company’s secured debt and preserving its 2,000 employees
- Represented YouFit Health Clubs, LLC and several affiliates, an operator of a chain of fitness centers, in its chapter 11 case and subsequent 363 sale.
- Represented 20 East 76th Street Co., LLC (aka the Surrey), an operator of a hotel, in its involuntary chapter 7 case.
- Represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 case of Gulf Coast Health Care, LLC.
- Represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 case of Washington Prime Group Inc.
- Represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 cases of Senior Care Centers, LLC.
- Represented the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the chapter 11 case of Hospital Acquisition, LLC (aka LifeCare Holdings, LLC).
- Represent SAK Management-Ohio, LLC, as receiver for a group of skilled nursing facilities located in Ohio, which facilities were operated for several months and ultimately sold at an aggregate gross sale price of $79.5 million.
- Represented Long Hill at Rosewood LLC, as receiver for 13 skilled nursing facilities, which facilities were operated for over a year during the receivership and ultimately transitioned to a new operator.
- Represent the plan administrator in the chapter 11 case of Alpha Entertainment LLC (aka the XFL).
- Represent defendants in preference actions in the chapter 7 case of Westlake Property Holdings, LLC.
- Represented the landlord in the chapter 11 cases of PNW Healthcare Holdings, LLC.
- Represented a creditor predecessor of abandoned oil and gas properties (196 wells, 8 structures and 30 pipelines) in the chapter 11 case of Fieldwood Energy LLC.
- Represented a creditor in nondischargeability suit against a chapter 7 individual debtor.
