Alex Dobkin is an associate in the Real Estate Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s Chicago office. Alex focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, concentrating on commercial leasing. Alex seamlessly navigates complex leasing transactions, representing both landlords and tenants, on retail, office, industrial, entertainment, medical, hotel and mixed-use property leases, along with related property management agreements. His vast experience in negotiating and drafting commercial leases includes the routine handling of ground leases, build-to-suit leases, sale-leaseback transactions and warehouse leases on behalf of institutional real estate owners, national retail chains, EV companies, luxury brand retailers, shopping center developers, Fortune 500 companies, national restaurateurs and major office park owners, to name a few.
