Colin T. DeHoney has diverse transactional experience in corporate, project, infrastructure finance transactions, with an emphasis on credit tenant loan real estate transactions (CTLs) and other private placements of debt securities (traditional and Rule 144A). Colin assists clients in U.S. and cross-border acquisition finance and credit transactions. Colin represents insurance companies, banks, and other institutional investors. Colin has wide-ranging industry experience including federal and state government, power and energy, public housing, public and private universities, hospitals, medical office buildings, retail outlets, parking and transportation facilities, data centers, and oil and gas facilities.

Colin has broad experience handling financing transactions including general corporate financings, project and infrastructure financings, acquisition financings, subordinated debt financings, real estate financings, secured transactions supported by various forms of real and personal property, equipment and real estate leasing transactions and pre-bankruptcy workouts and restructurings of distressed credits.
