  • Advised Marquee Brands, an affiliate of Neuberger Berman, in connection with Marquee Brands’ acquisition of Laura Ashley, the iconic home, fashion, and lifestyle brand celebrated for its romantic English aesthetic.
  • Advised InPost, Europe’s leading automated parcel machine service provider, in the acquisition of a 30% equity stake in Menzies Distribution Group Limited in an all-cash transaction.
  • Advised InPost, Europe’s leading automated parcel machine service provider, in the acquisition of the remaining 70% equity stake in Menzies Distribution Group.
  • Advised NUMA Group GmbH on the acquisition of the lifestyle “Apart Hotel” and serviced apartment platform Native Places.
  • Advised Precede Capital Partners on the establishment of, and investment by QuadReal Property Group into, their new GBP 1 billion debt platform and its second segregated mandate with QuadReal Property Group targeting mezzanine debt investments in UK real estate assets.
  • Advised CBRE on the acquisition of Sovereign Centros, one of the UK’s leading asset management and development management businesses.
  • Advised Bracco Imaging S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of agents and tracers used in diagnostic imaging, in the $450 million acquisition of Blue Earth Diagnostics Limited from Syncona Portfolio Limited, subject to a $25 million closing adjustment.
  • Advised IHG on its arrangements with French investor Convivio (formerly Foncière des Régions) operating high-quality open hotels in the UK.
  • Advised AstraZeneca AB on its agreement with Grünenthal to divest the European rights to Nexium for an upfront payment of $700 million with further sales-related and milestone payments of up to $90 million.
  • Advised AstraZeneca AB on its agreement with Grünenthal to divest the global rights to Vimovo in all markets excluding the United States and Japan for an upfront payment of $115 million and further payments up to another $17 million.
  • Advised Rentokil Initial plc, the world’s leading commercial pest control services provider, on the worldwide acquisition of Cannon Hygiene business from OCS Group Limited.
  • Represented Black Dragon Capital in connection with its acquisition of Grass Valley, a leading technology supplier of advanced broadcast and media solutions, with operations in over 20 different jurisdictions worldwide.
