Katie Cronin works with clients on intellectual property matters, focusing primarily on trademark and copyright matters. She has actively participated in multiple phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and settlement negotiations before U.S. District Courts and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB). She also has experience managing domestic and international trademark portfolios, including trademark clearance, procurement, prosecution, and enforcement. She represents and advises clients across a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, restaurant and hospitality, consumer products, video games, software, and technology.
