Sarah Catterson is a member of the Litigation Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. She focuses her practice on general commercial litigation, and has experience participating in cases in both state and federal courts as well as alternative dispute resolution, including in arbitration before AAA and JAMS. Sarah also has experience in appellate drafting in federal and New York state appellate courts. Sarah has further experience in almost all phases of litigation, including drafting complex briefs and motions, conducting fact and expert discovery, and assisting in various stages of trial and oral argument preparation and presentation.
