Becky L. Caruso is a commercial and civil litigation trial attorney with over fifteen years of experience. She focuses her practice on representing corporate clients, including major retailers, in a broad range of matters, including antitrust litigation and compliance, class action, products liability, premises liability, construction, and real estate matters.

She counsels clients with the goal of limiting a company’s potential litigation exposure and handles all facets of litigation from investigation through discovery and case resolution. Becky also has advocated for clients in trials, mediations, arbitrations, and appeals in New Jersey and New York federal and state courts, and federal courts throughout the country. In addition, Becky is Co-Chair of Greenberg Traurig New Jersey’s Women’s Initiative and serves as a mentor for junior attorneys and law students.

This case is part of a larger series of cases involving class actions and multiple district litigation among various direct purchasers.
  • Currently representing a real estate brokerage in a proposed class action brought by home sellers alleging that certain real estate brokerages, multiple listing services, and real estate associations conspired to artificially inflate commissions paid to real estate agents.
  • Currently representing a multifamily rental housing property manager in an MDL comprised of antitrust cases pending in over 20 states relating to claims that property managers around the country have fixed or artificially increased rental rates using algorithmic pricing software.
