Evelyn focuses her practice on financial services industry litigation and regulatory proceedings.  She represents broker-dealers and registered representatives in FINRA and JAMS arbitrations involving a wide array of securities sales-practice matters, employment related matters and disciplinary proceedings.  Evelyn also handles and defends regulatory investigations conducted by nationwide state and federal securities regulators.

Prior to joining the firm, she was in-house counsel for the Office of General Counsel at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.
