Lou Ann Brunenn focuses her practice on structuring and documenting secured and unsecured credit facilities for financial institutions and corporate borrowers. She frequently represents lead arrangers and agents in a wide variety of large corporate and middle-market syndicated transactions, including cash flow and asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, sponsor-led financings, and multi-currency facilities. Lou Ann’s finance practice ranges from middle-market club facilities to multibillion-dollar leveraged transactions. Her practice includes loan originations and the workout and restructure of distressed debt.

Lou Ann’s transactional experience extends across many industries, including manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, insurance, restaurants, health care, transportation, media and financial services.

  • Represented the lead arranger and administrative agent in a secured $500 million facility to an industrial services company in the energy and petrochemicals sector.°
  • Represented Administrative Agent in workout of a $100 million senior secured credit facility to a supplier and manufacturer of OCTG and line pipe for the oil and gas industry in both the United States and Canada.°
