Profile
Wade has wide-ranging experience in litigation of products liability matters at both the state and Federal levels. He has litigated multiple cases pertaining to a wide variety of products, ranging from the automotive industry to the realm of medical products and pharmaceuticals. He has participated in all levels of products litigation, ranging from large discovery proceedings to lengthy trial proceedings and appellate reviews.
Wade is a graduate of Georgetown University and of Boston University School of Law. While obtaining his law degree, Wade also studied International Relations at the graduate level at Boston University and at Harvard University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Past-President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Palm Beach County Bar Association and a past member of the Board of Governors of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar. He is a member of the Bars of the Southern, Northern and Middle District Courts of Florida, as well as of the Bars the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and of the United States Supreme Court.

Experience
- Represented a major medical device manufacturer in complex and diverse multi-district litigation involving intricate issues of materials science, medical device design, medical causation and regulation of pharmaceuticals.
- Represented a major international manufacturer of automotive products in several multimillion-dollar products liability matters involving multiple fatalities.°
- Represented a major rental car company in relation to personal injury matters brought under the doctrines of dangerous instrumentality and negligent entrustment.°
- Sued a major brokerage firm for fraudulently selling $32 million of inappropriate, underperforming and high-priced annuities to a 78 year-old man with failing mental abilities. After a six-week trial, Wade and his team obtained a $7.75 million verdict, including $1.75 million in punitive damages, against the defendants.°
- Vacated a $2 million judgment entered against a hedge fund manager who, at the time of the default judgment's entry, was not represented by counsel and was suffering from severe mental distress caused by the financial collapse following the 09/11 attacks.°
