Peter S. Borock is Deputy Chair of the New York Real Estate Practice. Peter advises private equity sponsors, operators, developers, investors, and tenants on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. His experience includes the acquisition, development, financing, disposition, and leasing of various classes of commercial real estate, including office, retail, health care, hospitality, industrial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties.
In addition to handling commercial real estate transactions, Peter has deep experience advising public agencies in connection with a wide variety of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases and development.
Peter has been listed to Crain’s New York Business “40 Under 40” and selected as a “Rising Star” by Law360, Super Lawyers, and the New York Law Journal.
Prior to law school, Peter taught history at a public high school in The Bronx through Teach For America.
