Erik M. Bokar focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation, patent prosecution, unfair competition, and competitive intellectual property analysis. Erik helps clients navigate a broad range of complex challenges, including clearing, procuring, enforcing, or defending valuable IP rights. He has experience in many phases of intellectual property litigation, including pre-suit investigations, fact and expert discovery, motion practice, and claim construction. Erik also has experience in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, particularly inter partes reviews.
He represents clients in a variety of technological fields including software and computer systems, wireless communication networks, UAVs, gaming, lawn care power equipment, bag-in-box packaging, food processing equipment, household appliances and goods, consumer electronics, construction hardware and tools, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals.
