Jennifer Bartlett focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients in a wide variety of matters, including contract disputes, tort claims, commercial real estate disputes, construction litigation, environmental class actions, regulatory matters, trademark litigation and applications filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and appeals. Jennifer litigates in both state and federal court, arbitration tribunals, and in administrative settings.

- Handle briefing with supporting expert declaration involving preemption issues before the Surface Transportation Board.
- Manage multimillion-dollar products liability actions involving manufacturing issues.
- On team for regulatory action before state agency for health care administration to respond to a certificate of need issued by the agency related to hospice facilities.
- Sole associate in litigation involving over $10MM of real property interests among multiple parties. Primary responsibility for all briefing. Prevailed on summary judgment resulting in dismissal of all claims.°
- Sole associate in litigation involving a variety of contractual and tort claims. Prevailed on summary judgment resulting in dismissal of claims.°
- Handled briefing and hearing to overturn a default judgment. Prevailed on reconsideration.°
- Briefed and argued a motion to compel resulting in requested relief.°
- Primary responsibility for all briefing for consolidated appeal from the United States Tax Court.°
- Handle significant briefing for environmental and regulatory matters involving the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, and tort claims related to PFOS and PFOA chemicals.
- Involved in a products liability action and a partnership dispute related to a $345 million development project. Involved in extensive briefing and second-chaired multi-day evidentiary hearing, resulting in successful outcome.°
