Samuel Weinstein Astorga is a member of the Tax Practice in Greenberg Traurig’s San Francisco office.

Samuel Astorga focuses his practice in state and federal tax controversies. Mr. Astorga represents individuals and businesses in proceedings before the Internal Revenue Service and California Taxing Authorities, including the Franchise Tax Board. He also provides guidance on compliance with both state and federal tax regulations.

In addition to his tax practice, Mr. Astorga has contributed to tax policy scholarship, including authoring an article in the ABA Tax Times on incentivizing fitness through tax breaks.
